A Call to Serve, Shepherd, and Support the Next Generation in Christ

Why

On-Site Volunteers Matter

On-site volunteers are essential to the heart of this retreat.

Your role is not peripheral. You are not “extra help.” You are part of the structure that allows students to feel safe, seen, and supported as they wrestle with identity, faith, and vulnerability.

You help:

• maintain a steady and caring adult presence

• guide small-group conversations

• reinforce expectations and boundaries

• create an environment where transformation can occur

In many cases, students will remember how they were treated as much as what they were taught.

Volunteer
